First night deposit for daily & weekly reservations are due at the time of booking. Monthly rates require a $150.00 deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
RV Sites check-in at after 12:30 pm. Check-out at 12:00 pm. Tents may be placed on any RV Site, however you will be charged that site rate per night for full hook up. Premium RV Sites have a concrete slab, fire pit, privacy fencing, and extra landscaping. Premium Creek Sites receive a free bundle of firewood at check in.
All 50 amp sites carry an additional $5/day fee.
Full hookup on all sites, 30 & 50 Amps. Bathhouse and laundry facility open 24-7. Site occupancy is based on 2 adults, over the age of 12. We charge $3.00 extra per day, per extra adult over 12. No more than 6 adults on a site. Children under the age of 12 are free.
Cabins incur a 11% occupancy tax. Cabins check-in at 3 pm. Check out 11 am. All cabins have a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights for holidays). No smoking and no pets in cabins.
For Daily & Weekly reservations, a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of the first night site rent is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is paid in full at check in. This is for all sites up to a month stay. For Monthly and longer reservations, a nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 is due at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is paid in full at check in. All utilities are included in monthly rates. There is no additional surcharge.
A minimum of 3 nights stay on holiday weekends for the holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day.
When a specific site is requested, a $15.00 nonrefundable reservation fee is paid at the time the reservation is made. This $15.00 booking fee guarantees you will not be moved to another site and the site will be held for you.
We offer a 10% discount for Military, Veterans & First Responder’s on 6 nights or less.
